Llamas Art Collection

Nashville contemporary artist created the ¿Como te Llamas? Collection (or Llamas Art Show ) as a play on her own name in an effort to encourage unity and  community. This series is inspired by the one thing that everyone around the world has, a name! This playful and whimsical collection reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously as we find joy and humor in all things. The llama symbolizes strength, perseverance, communication, and community. The llama is curious, intelligent, generous, and accommodating, but If treated unfairly it does not hesitate to let people know it is not happy (and will spit). Who or what were you named after? Do you identify with your name? As you reflect on the name or label you were given at birth, the artist hopes a connection with one another is formed on a global scale as we all become Llamas together and take our place amongst the herd.
